I’m a sales strategist, advisor, and fractional sales leader with a hands-on approach and over 30 years of experience in B2B sales and business development.

I help companies build practical, scalable sales systems — from early traction to international expansion. My background includes selling to major global corporates, launching new ventures, and working across Europe and Asia.
 

What drives me is simple: clear structure, practical results, and helping founders turn complexity into progress.

My Story

My journey in business started with a bold idea and no budget. I co-founded the Baltic Guide, a travel media startup before the term 'startup' was even part of the conversation. We didn’t raise funding—we tested, sold, and proved the concept in the market. That experience taught me one of the most important lessons in sales: success doesn’t come from talent alone. Sales is a system. It needs structure, rhythm, and execution.

Over the years, I’ve sold everything from advertising and media to financial services and technology solutions. I’ve worked across a wide range of industries—travel, finance, tech, SaaS, deep tech, and professional services—learning how to navigate different business cultures, customer expectations, and decision-making styles. I’ve had the opportunity to sell to global companies like IBM, Microsoft, HP, Bayer, Roche, Pfizer and many others. That taught me how to manage complex sales cycles, but also how to communicate clearly and adapt quickly across borders and industries.

Alongside my entrepreneurial ventures, I’ve also led commercial teams, entered new markets across Europe and Asia, and helped founders take their first steps toward scalable growth. Whether coaching founders, designing sales workflows, or stepping in as a Fractional VP of Sales, I focus on clarity, structure, and practical momentum.

My mission is simple: to help founders and business leaders build smarter sales systems that actually work in the real world.
