I’ve seen sales from every angle — founder, sales rep, leader, and advisor. What I’ve learned is simple: growth doesn’t come from pushing harder, it comes from clarity, structure, and rhythm.

What I Do
I help companies design, build, and repair the core parts of their sales engine. My role isn’t to replace your team — it’s to give you the frameworks, structure, and hands-on guidance to make each part work properly.
New Business Development
I run the full process to open new markets — identifying and approaching the right partners, setting up sales systems, and securing first wins. With an outsider’s perspective, I also help spot opportunities that are often overlooked inside the company: new customer groups, untapped segments, or alternative sales channels. The outcome is not just entry into a market, but a clear and repeatable way to unlock growth wherever new opportunities appear.
Sales Operations
Every company has sales activity, but there is often hidden growth potential found in the organization. I analyze how sales is organized today, uncover where performance is being held back, and redesign the roles, processes, and rhythms to release that potential. The result is a system where effort translates into growth, not wasted motion.
Account Management
Many companies underestimate the role of account management and treat it mainly as an extension of customer service. Problems get solved, promises are kept — but the real potential of accounts remains untouched. I help companies put the right structure in place so account management becomes a proactive discipline, uncovering opportunities and building long-term growth with existing customers.
How It Works
Working with me is simple and structured:
1
Assess
Understand the real situation
We start with clarity. I review your current sales approach, listen to how customers buy, and identify the bottlenecks holding growth back. Together we decide which areas matter most — new business, sales structure, or account management — so we focus on changes that create real impact.
2
Design
Create the blueprint
Based on what we find, I design a practical system for your company. This means defining roles, simplifying processes, and setting a rhythm your team can sustain. For new markets, it’s a market entry plan with first steps; for sales operations, it’s a structure that frees your people to sell; for account management, it’s a framework to grow existing customers.
3
Build
Put the system into motion
I don’t leave you with slides. I guide your team through the first steps: testing the approach, running initial meetings, or implementing new workflows. We make sure the system runs smoothly, avoids common pitfalls, and gives you results you can build on. When it works, it becomes yours to run and scale.
Not just advice, but a functioning sales system that your team can use immediately — and improve over time.
Work with me
I don’t step into your company as another salesperson or manager. My role is to act as a Sales Architect — helping you design and implement sales systems that work.
Entering a new market
Opening new markets, launching products, and building partner channels. My 5-step framework takes you from ambition to first wins and creates the foundation for international growth.
Structuring your sales operations
I analyze your current setup, identify bottlenecks, and deliver a clear design for roles, processes, and rhythms that make sales scalable.
Growing existing accounts
I create a framework for account management that moves beyond firefighting and consistently drives profitable growth.
You get practical solutions, tested structures, and a working system your team can build on — without adding unnecessary complexity or overhead.
